What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?
Billing is easier, and there is less tracking and billing time. The receipt photo that is instantly linked to the customer's invoice was fantastic. Everything is now done in the same manner by our staff. We get estimates, tracking, and time billing. The BigTime webinar taught me more about the importance of professional service tools. I was able to obtain fairly precise prices. To maintain track of the workflow, we continually check our projects. I can do Quickbooks connections that are both stable and speedy.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Work time management is one of the most comprehensive on the market, including report production, time control management, payroll management, and so on. It features a contemporary appearance and well-organized accessible options. This makes it easier to see the findings achieved. It is quite simple to collect time and invoice it, which helps to improve your company's profitability. Bill-cutting has gotten lot simpler, and I have no trouble describing how it works to our staff. Another aspect of the show that I enjoy is how everyone can observe one other's growth.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I've had several hours without sending, producing an issue, and a brighter color or better situated button will most likely alleviate the problem. You could spend a bit more time assisting us with customization. It is possible, but I would have loved a bit more assistance with this. It would also be ideal to have live help available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. After work, I spend a lot of time on the site. Another point is that the "click here to submit these times" button should be placed in a more visible location.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Give it a shot, but make sure you spend enough time experimenting with it to discover what it can achieve. You may think about developing a biometric recognition system. Customer service has logistical flaws, and it might take a long time to reply. They may imply that we have the flexibility to adjust aspects such as report design, but they can occasionally be overly simplistic in design.

What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?
Manage time and costs is an excellent tool for effectively managing the time of the entire work team, assignments, departments, and projects. We make invoices and track budgets, and we even add time sheets so we can see how the project is progressing. Our administrative staff allowed him to perform financial health reports on the projects and handle each invoice. The automation of professional services is fantastic, and our laptop has now become more electronic receipts for our administrative job, as long as it matches directly to our platform of economic operations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We use all of the capabilities that this program provides to expand and increase our productivity and profitability. Because of the automated capabilities, you will be able to carry out project planning with more organization, billing, and save time with more fluid work. It interacts nicely with QuickBooks, is simple to use, and has a structured and clean layout that allows for best efficiency. This program has a number of advantages in terms of its many features that adapt to the user and their customers in order to determine a solution in the workplace that is always committed to the high performance of their mobile devices and enterprises.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some restrictions do not always map directly to our platform and do not fit our culture. This makes it difficult to integrate directly into QB data work and does not address high performance in work and economic activity solutions. Resolved Moving sheets fails, more limited apps need more options in dashboards, and project support can't open reports. This can be a little overwhelming.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In times of rivalry to decide the cloud via labor without making mistakes in both administrative duties, the quality of the relationship is exceptionally high. This platform is relatively affordable in comparison to other platforms, and it is also full, allowing you to handle all of the components and accounting needs. You will be able to achieve work flow, develop effective time management for all work staff, and create simple reporting and invoicing.

What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?
We were able to fix the problem by developing a timekeeping software that makes queries simple and user-friendly. Every day, our employees are not required to input their time. They can input it at the end of the week or at the end of the month. The report also assists managers in keeping track of each project to verify staff time is correct. Admins can also reject the time if something appears to be incorrect, and users must correct it before resubmitting. Users may quickly take images of their receipts to save in their account and then record a cost on the mobile app to avoid forgotten or lost receipts.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This device is simple to use and inexpensive in comparison to others. It is simple to track your employee's job activities and even include a timer. This function is highly handy since it allows a user to start and stop the timer while working on each project. The program is also compatible with Quickbooks. The report also assists managers in tracking each project to ensure that employee time is accurate. Admins can also reject the time if something appears to be incorrect and users must correct it before resubmitting.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike how, on sometimes, when establishing a new user, the welcome email is not sent due to security concerns, and administrators must contact support to get the email sent. This is inconvenient, especially if you don't know if the issue is with email or Big Time. Another annoyance is that if users enter their time at the end of the day or week and then press the back button before saving, they can lose all of their time retaining the descriptions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Big Time is for you if you want a system that is very easy to use, has a clean design, and numerous possibilities to personalize it. There are several customization options to get you where you need to go. The reporting feature is simple to use and configure, and the extra BigTime capability with budgets and AR embedded within the system provides firms with more possibilities for doing tasks. If your company utilizes Quickbooks for billing, I prefer BigTime since it syncs easily. BigTime is incredibly reasonable for all of the things it provides. The program may help keep track of your costs.
