What differentiates Bigtincan Content Hub from other similar products?

Modus has a powerful backend system with great integration features with our CRM.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I liked the ability to manage my marketing assets in a user-friendly app, and I liked the ability to see analytics on usage of those assets.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I used their product as a way to display marketing assets on kiosk tablets in our showroom. The part I disliked the most was that I didn't have as much control as I would have liked on the user interface of the display app on the tablets.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a very powerful sales enablement tool. However, as a standalone kiosk display, it was not as user-friendly or customizable as I would have liked.

It has ability to integrate with if not all, most of CRM softwares.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sales person can easily find information and distribute it among the team, while the admin has many privileges to manage sales force with ease.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike is the links generated through the follow-ups are different between tablet and phone.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend it to any business of any kind since its a multi platform use, such as Android, iOS, Windows.
