What differentiates Bill AP Automation from other similar products?
Our company didn’t use any other AP automation product before. We found Bill.com when we were searching for an AP solution that can help us reduce processing time for AP while maintain high quality of AP works. We found that Bill.com is a great product that can easily sync to our current accounting software and easy to implement.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Before using Bill.com, we used to do everything manually. We spent lot of time for recording bills, submit AP request and wait for approval from each of management members. Now with Bill.com, everything has been streamlined and easy to follow up.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing. For our company size right now, I think bill.com has enough features and function that help us operate and manage account payable efficiently
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It’s a good product for AP automation. Reduce processing time but maintaining (or even more efficiently) high quality of AP works

What differentiates Bill AP Automation from other similar products?
That was my first time using any powerful cloud-based software other than Internet banking, and it very quickly raised the bar. We may utilize Bill.com to make prompt payments and to provide vendors access to their own accounts in case they have any modifications.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Bill.com is incredibly user-friendly and enables a dedicated staff to provide an amazing product by making payments to suppliers in an accurate and timely manner. Prior to this, our firm did not have a strong accounts payable system. The interface with well-known accounting programs like Xero and QuickBooks makes it simple to maintain our financial data up to date and synchronized.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One could make the preview window better. A preview and another pop-up are present for entering expenses. When someone emails an invoice, I don't like that it also syncs the email with Bill.com. That's another thing I need to get rid of. Entering a lot of bills at once might sometimes be confusing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I really value the search and filter options, and I enjoy how simple it is to change data as required. These features also make it possible for us to get the detailed reports we need. I'd advise everyone to do it in order to reap the same rewards as myself.
