What differentiates Brainshark from other similar products?
It stands out from competing software since it provides high-quality capabilities that effectively aid in expanding sales teams.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Brainshark provided a single location for instruction, drill, and empowerment. Updated me on my progress in acquiring knowledge. The simplicity of usage is a plus when completing required coursework. We get an email with a link to the online course when it becomes available. One of Brainshark's many benefits is that it may be used for purposes other simply watching videos. It offers a dynamic method of education by letting you submit documents and take quizzes based on presentation slides.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When it comes to remote sales positions, onboarding is the largest challenge that Brainshark has overcome. Without Brainshark, our sales enablement efforts would not have been nearly as productive and successful. Working from home as a new job, having access to Brainshark has helped me tremendously in the area of sales enablement, and I can always go back and review a course anytime I feel the need to. Brainshark has provided us with a centralized location for sales enablement, and while nothing can replace in-person learning, it has been the next best thing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend it because it provides a solid foundation upon which sales teams can build productive relationships with customers and sharpen their problem-solving skills.
