What differentiates Braze from other similar products?
In our Braze franchises it has allowed us to have a more constant, integral and productive communication with our consumers and their needs, empowering the service offered and all the members that are involved when executing a campaign from beginning to end. Having more connection through interactions and thus fostering timely and organized conversations in our audiences.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Braze makes targeting easy for Android users or iOS users without the differences of the two platforms being an obstacle. Allows you to see live and direct estimated audience reach on a message, helping us measure the interactivity of our interactions, handles a very good user interface with ease of use. It has integrated tutorials for new users who need guidance.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It has some limitations in terms of reporting and user deletion, however, it has constant updates. It can generate limitations since it requires learning functions regarding HTML and basic API, it requires previous knowledge to optimize its use. The customer service has ups and downs, sometimes it is very good and other times it leaves us with many doubts about how to solve the problems that arise.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
An excellent option to generate effective results focused on CRM in a concise and generalized way, optimizing the profitability of your company with updated functions that help to have a better communication, better reports and more accurate campaigns thanks to the communication with the client, consists of a very responsive customer service to help you with the results. Customer service must improve as soon as possible.
