What differentiates bTrade TDXchange from other similar products?
One of the most impressive aspects of TDXchange is how features are controlled by licenses. We started with a basic set of features and, as our needs grew, we simply reached out to bTrade to obtain new licenses. This seamless process allowed us to unlock additional features without needing any product upgrades or complex installations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Adding new trading partners and configuring integrations with new systems is straightforward. Despite not being a technology-focused company, we found the process intuitive and hassle-free.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing...It is the best of everything we evaluated.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We fairly recently acquired TDXchange for our Managed File Transfer needs, and we couldn't be more impressed. The standout features and user-friendly interface make it an exceptional choice for any organization, especially for those not particularly tech-savvy.

It supports both small and large file transfers, including terabytes of data, with options for standard protocols like SFTP and bTrade’s own Accelerated File Transfer. The platform is easy to use, highly configurable, and works with almost any system, making integration seamless. Its advanced security features, detailed audit trails, and intuitive dashboards give full visibility and control over file transfers. TDXchange also offers automatic retries and alerts, ensuring reliability even if issues occur.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The feature and configuration menu layout are very intuitive and easy to understand. It only takes a few minutes to learn how to navigate the product.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It supports Oracle, MSSQL, and H2 databases, but I think there is also a need for MySQL and PostgreSQL, which bTrade plans to add in early 2025.
