What differentiates Buffer from other similar products?
It covers high range of social media platforms instead of demanding external support to deal to multiple channels. Without conventional intervention, we can schedule our content by available scheduling features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is all in one social media management platform. The collaboration features guides us a lot in managing our team work in real-time. The browser extension makes it easy for me to add my post in buffer queue straight from websites. Its customer support team is very supportive and give instant response to our queries.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have not faced anything inappropriate in this tool everything is going perfectly. I just felt it offers limited automation options and it must work on enhancing the automation features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The buffer’s browser extension is extensive in its functioning, making the curation of post easier. It has seamless integration with third parties to enhance itself.
