What differentiates Buffer from other similar products?
Ease of scheduling including customizations for Twitter and LinkedIn.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I am able to plan and schedule my social media posts days ahead of publication and also can make changes anytime before they post. The integration with Chrome, makes it seamless.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have no complaints.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates Buffer from other similar products?
I love their team culture. They are a really transparent company and that is something that is rare to find. They also haven’t neglected the small business owner like some of the other big players have.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I loved helping a new client get set up on there and how easy she found it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I feel like a lot of players have come out since the original big three when it comes to social media management. It’s going to be tricky to stay relevant with all these new companies and competitors popping up.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use their really generous free trial. That will give you a lot of perspective.

What differentiates Buffer from other similar products?
It had the friendliest onboarding out of all SM automation solutions on the market when I was looking for one a few years ago. It still is very straightforward and versatile.

Ease of use.
