What differentiates BulkSMS from other similar products?

THE SOFTWARE IS SUPER EASY AND USER FRIENDLY AND THEIR SUPPORT STAFF ARE ALMOST ALWAYS EFFICIENT DEPENDING ON SUPPORT CALLS BUT GENERALLY VERY EFFICIENT AND THE SOFTWARE BUILDS ARE STABLE WITHOUT BUGS.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

THE FACT THAT YOU CAN CREATE, A LIST OF CONTACTS ON EXCEL csv FORMAT AND SIMPLY IMPORT THEM AND SMS ALL AT ONCE OR INDIVIDUALLY.

What do you dislike most about this product?

that you cannot just copy and paste a whole bunch of numbers into the software

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

IT IS A NO BRAINER, SAVES TIME AND MONEY IT IS COST EFFECTIVE REDUCES COST TO COMPANY IN PREVENTING UNNECESSARY RUN AROUND.

What differentiates BulkSMS from other similar products?

Stsaff are incredibly friendly and helpful, even during the lockdown. They helped me with integration with Zapier and have even given me thousands of free SMS's over the years.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very easy to use. Personalised SMS's are very, very effective.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing really, I just wish that they has a mobile app.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Pay attention to your sms inbox. Because sms is two way communication, clients regularly respond so don't forget to check your inbox.
