What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the issues that I face with Bynder DAM are issues with responsiveness and load time constant, setting up functionality and permission levels is a real hassle, and the initial setup was not adequately explained.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The download feature is what I dislike. Although it appears simpler from the home screen, we must open each one. Bynder allows users to attach many levels of information to files. It's great but I'd appreciate some "Macro views" and maybe pre-set boards based on the use case.

After evaluating various choices, we decided on Bynder since it is extremely reliable, adaptable, simple to use, and intuitive. What do you dislike most about this product?

It's difficult to list particular issues with the product because a large portion of this is simply getting used to new workflows for our operations. The staff at Bynder is attentive and supportive as they lead us. The team has put in a lot of effort to reply fast and aid in resolving those problems.
