What differentiates Cadency from other similar products?
It’s easy—a smart connection with SAP. I prefer the manner of uploading data, and also, there are a lot of options for tracking the balances. Another useful feature is the automatic reconciliation of balances. Fantastic and useful customer tool for the users.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We adapted cadency closely to fit our organization’s needs. It’s versatile in terms of reporting structure and adding tasks. We may add throughout open periods. There are variant workarounds. The foremost useful factor with cadence is that the solution it provides for organizing financial info in one place and reducing the requirement to interrupt subsidiary contacts resulting in multiplied productivity.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I feel the time it takes to urge a resolution from Trintech Support is probably the biggest pain point. It takes a while for them to jump on a call or be able to figure out if there’s a performance issue or what the resolution ought to be.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think the tool is user-friendly and easy to use for the most part. We have been using cadency for one or two years and don’t have too many issues.
