The reporting is not intuitive. It lacks some details.

What differentiates CAKE POS from other similar products?
CAKE is a cloud-based application that is specifically designed for restaurants. It allows users to track real-time sales at different locations, as well as wages, hours, and overtime. Payment processing, customer and waitlist management, online ordering, gift cards, and table-side ordering are all required. It has an offline mode that allows users to manage restaurants and accept payments even when there is no Internet connection. It works with PayPal, Xero, Orca, and a variety of other services.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The menu is extremely easy to set up, their customer service has always been excellent, the point of sale terminal is appealing and user-friendly, and their payment facility is extremely simple to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We haven't had any major issues, and it's a very comprehensive and user-friendly system.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend CAKE products to any cafeteria or food service provider, as well as large corporations.

What differentiates CAKE POS from other similar products?
Cake POS offers a set of tools that allow optimal and versatile administrative management. Its user interface is very intuitive and the training of personnel for its use is fast. Provides effective customer management, identifying the most recurring customers to give the most personalized attention. It has excellent integrated functions that guarantees a very flexible and dynamic order management. It generates detailed reports that allow making changes fully adapted to the need that arises.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is very easy to use and has a simple user interface. Its setup is quick and uncomplicated. The contactless payment option is fast, secure and efficient. When internet connection failures occur, all transactions are held and processed again once the connection is reestablished. It has an excellent time management to control the entry and exit of employees. The customer support team responds in a timely and efficient manner to our requirements.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the system performs processes slowly. In addition, the card reader sometimes malfunctions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Cake POS provides a wide variety of user-friendly features, simple administration, and a broad ability to improve customer service and management. I recommend its implementation.
