What differentiates Capsifi from other similar products?
The tools is built around a knowledge graph, making it really easy to connect and relate different objects. Relations are true relations between objects, not attributes of a certain object. This makes the tool really easy to visualize different relationsships based on capability impact.. It allows both inside out (strategy realization) and inside out (customer needs/journey) views of the world
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to overlay different objects on top of capabilties and complement that with heatmapping
What do you dislike most about this product?
The product has grown over time making the UI less intutive, it is also hard to "hide" things we don't use and filter things to easily find what you focus on.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You need to work both top down/inside out (so what is your operating and information model for business archticture and planning) and inside out (start with a sandbox and test differnt ways of modelling your content, even if you use the same term (like tactic) it might be better to use another object in the model.
