CaptivateIQ's best feature is the simplicity it has in making changes. It's easy to understand and if you know Excel, you know CaptivateIQ.

Have the initial plans be built out by them. They will link things in the most efficient manner so when you need to make changes, you likely only need to change one or two fields.
