What differentiates CaptivateIQ from other similar products?
CaptivateIQ leaves nothing up to guessing. Everything is laid out clearly and it's very easy to use and understand.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I'm very much favor how they software is set up. Nothing is distracting and everything shown is valuable.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't dislike anything about the product, but some data points can get a bit clustered depending on how much is there.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend getting the product for sure, but depending on your payout structure at your company, the layout might not be as clear to you as it is to me, so definitely still do your research.

What differentiates CaptivateIQ from other similar products?
Many of the tasks that used to take me hours and hours to do each week, can now be automated by this commission software. CaptivateIQ has been incredibly helpful in making our commission deadlines much more manageable, especially at a company like ours that is growing so rapidly. Also, the number of human errors that CaptivateIQ has reduced is countless.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to update information in CaptivateIQ and have it work so well with our data in Salesforce has been a huge contribution.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's been a difficult learning curve since I only took one IT class in college. That must be the case though with any commission software, unless someone is very experienced in the industry. However, Cory Crowther has been so helpful in guiding us step-by-step through this entire process. I think the layout could a tiny bit more user-friendly, but it's also taking hours and hours off my plate so I can't complain about that much.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The most important aspect here is patience and to have an open mind.
