What differentiates Certero for Enterprise SAM from other similar products?

Easy-to-navigate interface, comprehensive coverage of assets, software, and contracts, and responsive customer service. We have not tried any other asset management systems before implementing this one, and so far, it has worked wonderfully. Numerous integrations and connections are all well-implemented, and the API is also quite solid. The use of workflows allows for the simultaneous automation of multiple processes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Incorporation of various resources and online mediums. Management of IT assets across their entire useful lives, including automatic alerts and detailed reporting based on your preferences. Interactive data visualizations, Simple widget relocation on dashboards, Ability to track how often and how much licensed software is used.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Integration with third-party platforms requires an API, the implementation of which could be tricky. For integrations and creating intricate workflows, documentation can be improved and kept up-to-date.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The problems we were having with asset management are now obviously nonexistent. Employee onboarding, device loan management, and license allocations have all seen improvements. It's been quite helpful.

Only a few minor bugs which were fixed shortly after finding them.

Would recommend as its an easy to use product, it may take some time to get use to. Certero is highly professional.
