What do you dislike most about this product?

Cisco Jabber is a fantastic tool however has some limitations like chat history isn’t stored. It’s powerful to refer to a message that belongs to previous chats. What do you dislike most about this product?

whenever we try to record the session it starts showing clunky behavior and then it seems like it is a recording session but in the end, there is no recording anywhere. I don’t have clue what's wrong and where is something wrong but that’s how it is.
