Cisco Jabber is a world class tool when it comes to Customer Support over call, chat and video. It is better because of the reliable nature and it never off, works like a charm.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I just have to open it and then login to Cisco Finesse along with it, it integrates well with all our tools and gives us all the data we needed.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the profile configuration goes for a toss and we need to check with the support for it to be reconfigured again.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go for it right ahead if you have any need for such product. This is the most reliable product in this category.
