What differentiates Cisco Jabber from other similar products?

This amazing platform helps you achieve your main goal; uninterrupted online meetings and conference sessions with its beneficial features that mainly includes: sharing screens even of chats and calls, text messaging inside the app, mobile app, auto-attendance for offices, and voicemail. These are a few features that you will avail on this platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cisco Jabber specializes in audio conferences, unlike its video conferencing feature, the audio one is reliable and qualitative. In terms of usage and deployment, I think this platform is very easy to install and operate and the best part is that it has capabilities to cater needs of all kinds and sizes of businesses.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We were so glad that Cisco has its own mobile application but once we started using it we realized that it is not reliable and there are not many options here to avail anyway. The desktop version is much more smooth and reliable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Cisco is amongst those platforms that sell what they say, it is helpful, beneficial and will work fine most of the time. It has abilities to cater the needs of your small to large businesses. You can learn it very easily and in a short period of time. The pricing as well, in my opinion, is justified and reasonable.

What differentiates Cisco Jabber from other similar products?

Cisco allows you to call, and receives calls through a company number. Does not have much different from other products

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The simplicity of the program, easy to use

What do you dislike most about this product?

The product would repeatedly not load when you first start the computer. It would cause me to lose time at work trying to get it to load. The product is not reliable and company's should just use Skype or Teams to make calls.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Explore other options because this product is not reliable and crashes frequently.
