We found a solution to the problem we had with spam or the risk that our information and emails were running through viruses that can be filtered. It is undoubtedly an effective tool in every step we take to maintain our backup and security.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cisco is a platform that provides us with security and protection at every step we take within our email. It backs up our inbox, protecting us from any spam mail that decides to enter our portal, it ensures that the emails we send are correct and are not sent as spam or with any kind of damage. Its flexibility of adaptation allows us to adjust it anywhere, the fact that it is based on the cloud expands its possibilities of use. The interface is adequate, the way of configuration and customization is simple and its functionality is very practical.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like to know a little more in detail about the viruses that appear in emails, why they come from and the damage they could cause, also the balance of the same and their origin. False positives are more recurrent than we would like, although it does not affect us much, it can be a little annoying. The cost can be a bit high, although it is justified through its functionality, however, similar platforms offer a better price for the same thing, we stay with Cisco because of the trust we have in it, but this point would be in its favor with more affordable prices. That's all, the platform works perfectly in the rest of its functions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Cisco has an impeccable function from start to finish, it provides protection and security in every aspect, it doesn't miss a detail and it quickly adjusts to emails, its function starts from the first moment you adapt it, it scans completely leaving all spaces free of any virus. It's great, it works in the background and has never been a nuisance, on the contrary, it works efficiently, it does its cleaning in silence and it runs with practicality at all times.

What differentiates Cisco Secure Email from other similar products?

More customized security policy can be created, blocking the email from suspicious mail ids. Handling of log analysis based on unique MID is very easier the other applications.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sandboxing is very realistic with the real time analysis and its reports. Also it supports for manually upload the samples for analyzing the files for its behaviors. Integration with SEIM application is effortless.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We observed delay in sample submission reports from internal iron port sand boxing. That to can be customizable by sending the samples to cloud instead of internal sandboxing server.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Easily customizable according to the organization policy and for governance purpose. Integration with additional application is added value to get more insights of the incoming mails. With the DLP policy, all the outgoing mails can be analyzed with ease of efforts,
