Splunk more easy to use and provide vendir support, also more widely used in many company,, we used it as SIEM also as centralized

Out of the box features, also Scalability and performance and alerting, We used alerting to discover application issues and anomalies

All good but need to reconsider pricing

Favourite aspect is security features it provides which is second to none. It's customization and flexibility is nice.

As of now no more dislikes but it has cost which could be reduced and integration also gives issue sometimes.

It is must use application if you want it , you should understand your requirements and also it's integration capabilities.
