What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?
The thing that differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products is its advanced nature of handling clients, as it has an advanced system based over the cloud, which makes sure that the connection is seamless and well balanced. Similarly, they have a large capacity to handle clients, as it has a maximum capacity of 1 lakh people at a time, which is way more as compared to other solutions. They have multiple features as well as AI and application integration support, which is again very useful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of using it is its usage. As a partially remote team, we used Webex Meetings as a video conference tool for our weekly catch-up meetings, as well as for scheduling discovery calls with leads and reviewing cases with clients. It worked pretty well; connection and video calls were fluid, and setting it up was simple enough. Integrations weren't the strong point of the platform compared to other providers. We are working all over the world; our teams consist of a number of people, including developers, managers, and product owners, which makes connection difficult, but Webex Meetings is the one-stop solution for us.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing that I personally dislike about it, as it's been a really good solution, and we have been a happy user since 2018. We are using it without any issues.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Anyone looking for a seamless solution for webinars and large gatherings over the internet should definitely consider them in their evaluation once.
