What differentiates Citrix Digital Workspace from other similar products?

Their calendar abilities are extremely easy to use, likewise is their DMS functionalities

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Relatively strong app, which is crucial. Also, their customer service is relatively strong.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Rate of improvement for the size of Citrix is poor. Task management support is also relatively weak and can be frustrating.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If possible, a sandbox environment would be greatly beneficial to test whether the tool fits within your current organisation's specific employee culture.
