It allows a lot of app integration along with request recording feature.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how you can search for a specific part of the call through the transcript that Wingman generates.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It usually doesn't record the first few seconds of the can, and the app doesn't have a global search which becomes uneasy sometimes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a great product and highly recommended.
