my favorite aspect of the product is the real-time analytics. It gives me a comprehensive look at all the important hiring metrics and helps me make informed decisions on the fly. No more digging through stacks of resumes, or trying to keep track of all the moving pieces, it's all right there in one place. A definite must-have for any recruitment team looking to step up their game
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing major, but some room for improvement in the interview scheduling process It can be a bit finicky at times, but nothing that takes away from the overall user experience. The rest of the features more than make up for it and I'm still highly recommending this product to anyone in the market for a top-notch ATS solution

Using this for tracking applicants is the best thing.

Not fast. Didn't know its because of our network connect or product defect.

It is very intuitive, highly customizable, and easy to integrate across our organization. It is also very aesthetically pleasing and looks good when integrated with our company website.

I love the ability to customize individual job applications and hiring workflows!
What do you dislike most about this product?
At times it was difficult to integrate with Salesforce, our company’s primary database.

For the price, ClearCompany blows its competitors out of the water! It’s easy to use, and you’ll be able to train your whole organization to use it effectively in minimal time.
