What differentiates ClearCompany Applicant Tracking System from other similar products?
Compared to other applicant tracking systems I've used, it's very easy to navigate and access the information I need about candidates and is quite customizable
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that candidate applications are clear and I can access the resume with just one click. I also love the LinkedIn integration.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I was always frustrated by the lack of boolean search feature. It would have been extremely helpful from a sourcing perspective and something that they just never were able to offer.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Add boolean search so recruiters and sourcers can search through past applicants for newly established roles

What differentiates ClearCompany Applicant Tracking System from other similar products?
We use the features for recruiting, training, and performance appraisal. We linked ClearCompany to our salary and HR system, which avoided data redundancies and decreased data inaccuracies. Our recruiting managers enjoy the new platform since it is simple to understand and use. It assists me in hiring along with staying on top of my staff to ensure they are always hiring. We can organize our applicant pool, engage with applicants effectively, keep extensive records on eligibility, and even recruit from our application pool. It includes several features to make it much easier to contact prospects. I've used different systems before, but Clear
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Our deployment expert was excellent! The installation guidelines, the structure surrounding the installation, and the help offered during the deployment were superior to what I've seen from other firms. It was the finest system installation experience I've ever had. I'm a local person in charge of several branches. The design allows me to access all of my supervisors' job postings on one screen. It makes it incredibly simple to ensure that everybody's advertising is put on the schedule, and I can monitor each candidate's progress and also their resume in real-time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is always an option to personalize. However, we would have preferred greater versatility in this area as well as in generating our customized reports. The truth is that the messaging function now needs the candidate's approval. This restricts the functionality of the messaging capability. It takes too much time. I can't even find how to enable my managers' access to the software.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Excellent Software! Outstanding installation support staff. We're getting acclimated to and going through the process of obtaining follow-up help. They have a booking system, as do most businesses, but we'd like a little more assistance with some modifications. They are collaborating with us on this.
