What differentiates Cleo Integration Cloud from other similar products?
We used the Cleo Integration cloud to address several business difficulties, such as application integrations and evaluating multiple business perspectives at a glance on one platform. I have been exposed to strong services that have resulted in the long-term development of our firm. There is a maintenance expense, but with a good customer service team, failures are rare. Workflow management and automation of most task management technologies have enabled us to meet our productivity targets.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is simple to combine numerous apps and quickly create a well-accelerated and automated business process. The platform's user interface is also quite user-friendly, and we can acquire extensive trading information at a look. It has also significantly improved the efficiency of our corporate resources. It boosts the performance of all of our apps across the enterprise. All of the features in the application have been set up to govern the data and offer important information on how our programs work. What differentiates Cleo Integration Cloud from other similar products?
We're moving in the right path by bringing EDI in-house. We will eliminate the middleman, and when we bring all of the EDI mapping in-house, we will truly begin to notice the benefits. We can also make direct connections to clients using a complete GUI screen rather than writing scripts and expecting them to execute on a timetable. This tool eliminates the need for us to pay a third party to manage all of our EDI transactions. We have very minimal downtime since the product is incredibly stable. We were able to minimize needless third-party integrations by including built-in support for FTP and SFTP.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
CLEO contains a wealth of resources. They have an excellent professional services staff that delivered on time. They were able to set us up with all of the essential needs. We had weekly check-ins with everyone engaged, and our project manager kept things on schedule. Because most of our partners share characteristics, we can easily enroll a large number of partners with the click of a button. Anything beyond the preset templates is simply a fast update from there. It is really simple and quick to create new integrations or unique solutions inside our ecosystem.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is not always evident what an error message implies or what triggered the mistake. It clears things fast with a little research or a quick call to support. For us, the hardest thing is usually the change. However, if you become stuck, their support service can assist you swiftly and efficiently.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In today's ecosystem, this is a must-have product. You'll be at ease knowing that you can swiftly grow, onboard, and support all you require. CLEO software is simple to use. After completing the courses at CLEO University, you will be well on your way to controlling the system. This is the only program that can manage all of your EDI requirements in a single spot.

What differentiates Cleo Integration Cloud from other similar products?
We are resolving streaming difficulties and system crashes using Cleo Integration. We can establish why an invoice was refused and identify rejected EDI transmissions. Structure and techniques for dealing with technical concerns with purchase orders have been established. We've also filled payment gaps by extracting rejections from Cleo and resubmitting them. Cleo saves us time by delivering tracking information and client bills to printers and forwarding customer orders to printers. This eliminates the need for us to manually enter this data into our system, reducing the possibility of human mistake.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We contacted the Cleo support staff because we needed assistance with simplifying and routing complicated files. While working with us, we appreciate the team's efforts to go above and beyond to assist us discover our unique needs and provide the most effective solutions. They moved promptly to the best option for our firm, which was really appreciated. For processing and resolving EDI operations, I greatly appreciate Cleo Integration Cloud. For strategic accounts, I can track EDI transmission, resend, and monitor invoice transmissions. I enjoy how you can see which accounts have refused bills.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some features of the Cleo Integration Cloud interface might be complicated or difficult to use, but it's an excellent toolkit for integration projects of all sizes. It is also difficult to examine invoices that were not processed in bigger EDI transfers. For larger accounts, Cleo will confirm an approved transfer but will not react with rejected or unsuccessful bills. We cannot also observe minor line item rejects in bigger EDI shipments.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is one of the best EDI tools I've ever worked with, it takes some time to learn but it's honestly worth the effort.
