The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. What differentiates ClientSuccess from other similar products?
Enterprise focused, amazing dashboard, great tools to personalize and track client risk and success, great flows to create playbooks for different stages, evolving landscape and ease of integrations with outside tools
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The formulas to calculate client risk and success and how those are customizable and incorporate objective and subjective data points. Helps predict Churn and be more proactive
What do you dislike most about this product?
The integrations with third party tools, when I used it and launched, where not great
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a tool best suited for high touch scenarios so not anscaled CS team. Have your data clean and ready when integrating so your inputs into CS are client and useful

What differentiates ClientSuccess from other similar products?
Clientsuccess is easier to use, set up, and administer. Also clientsuccess often has the higher quality features customers are looking for,
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I really like the ease of set up and implementation of the product so it prevent bottlenecks in terms of integration with our processes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The quality is great, but the features seem very generic as if you could find them in many similar software services.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for a product that provides ease of set up and implementation along with quality features then clientsuccess isn't a bad place to start. However, if you are looking for something with more of a breadth of features, automation, and potentially with higher quality then it wouldn't be a bad idea to shop around a bit more.

What differentiates ClientSuccess from other similar products?
It's flashy and engaging UI is simply amazing. Easy to use and filled with great features that just WORK. It is specially great when compared to other "market leaders" that have a cluttered UI that is nowhere near as friendly as ClientSuccess.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Customer Pulse is the best for me. This has been a game changer for us to be able to keep track of our relationship to our end users and have that historical data available any time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's lack of integration with Jira for project management. The Customer Journey aspect of it within the platform is really basic and more often than not, not all that useful. Teams that leverage Jira pro customer onboarding and/or journey management will most likely NOT use it in ClientSuccess AT ALL.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Integration with JIRA and the ability to send emails from within the platform are a must have!
