What differentiates CloudTalk from other similar products?
It has simple features that solve big problems. Simple to use and to integrate and has the customer first, adapts to your business. Also big plus to the HubSpot integration.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use, price and HubSpot integration for sure!
What do you dislike most about this product?
The first level of tech support, eventhough its fast (chat), is still pretty basic. Once you get put throught to a tech agent, it does change a lot.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try listing must haves, nice to haves and budget, then ask for demos (very important when talking about callers), Try it out under real conditions. Get feedback and ask about flexibility.
