If you need help organizing your email marketing efforts, Constant Contact is an excellent choice. The program is user-friendly and packed with tools that make creating and distributing email newsletters a snap. As an added bonus, the customer care is excellent and responsive whenever I have questions or issues.

What do you dislike most about this product?
There have not been many problems with this program. The monthly client email newsletter is the primary use case for this program at our business; we have not made great use of the more complex capabilities.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
My go-to email marketing software is Constant Contact. It's superior to similar services like MailChimp and iContact, as well as to ListServe, which is why I suggest using it. As it facilitates the sending of emails that seem professional regardless of industry, it is an excellent choice for enterprises of all sizes. Less ideal for firms who haven't built up an emailing list yet. But, there is a spot to collect email addresses, which is useful for expanding your subscriber base.

This software stands out from similar products on the market since it can be used with a minimum of effort, yet the quality of its customer support is unrivaled.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Very user-friendly for those with little to no experience in email marketing. We find it quite helpful, and it's simple to set up so that our whole staff can collaborate on a task at once.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Unfortunately, the cost keeps rising. I wish there was some way to secure the current rate and keep using it indefinitely. Since this has been our practice for so long, we think it's reasonable.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend it because of how simple it is to use. Very well-organized, featuring list and calendar views, folders, and other list management qualities Campaign management with automated email and social media scheduling.
