What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?

There are no great value additions in constant contact as compared to the other products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I been using constant contact since 2011 hence I am used to the UI.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reporting dashboard has limited metrics It allows only an annual subscription Templates are very basic

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There are numerous better email marketing platforms out there. However, feel free to try it and make your own decision.

Constant Contact has an intuitive and easy to use interface, making it ideal for businesses of all sizes and levels of marketing experience. It also offers a variety of tools for creating and sending email campaigns, including templates, email building, list segmentation, email automation and analytics. integrates with a variety of business tools, such as CRM, web analytics tools, and e-commerce platforms, allowing for better integration with your existing business infrastructure.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

its variety of tools to help users create and manage email campaigns efficiently. These tools include an email design tool to create personalised content, a campaign tracking tool to understand how recipients interact with content, and an A/B testing tool to test different versions of an email to see which version works best.

What do you dislike most about this product?

its price. Although it offers a great set of tools, the cost of the service might be a bit high for some businesses with tight budgets. In addition, some users may find that mailing list prices can be high depending on the size of the list.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend Constant Contact for its ease of use, wide range of features, integrations, resources and support, and experience in the market.
