What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?

Constant Contact is very feature-rich, and yet it stays very easy to use on all that it offers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Anything you need it to do as far as marketing or communication with your customers/clients it can do very well. It overcomes spam limitations so that your emails get delivered.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There a lot of features that go unused for our purpose so perhaps having a cheaper version that is more ala carte would be nice.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a good customer communication tool look no further.

What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?

Lot of different features that are particularly great when using for internal drip communications. Lots of other benefits and positives related to this product as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The easy way it allows for various campaigns to managed, including content variation and contact/mail list management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I feel like the templating options and functionality could be better and/or easier to use/implement, although otherwise great!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A great product for a lot of different functionalities, particularly for internal use!

What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?

It is extremely quick to implement. It is simple to use and create emails. Adding contacts and lists takes no time at all. Adding new members of the team is easy and takes them no time to learn and be up and running with the product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How fast it is to create and send an email. It takes no time at all to create several emails and get them sent to clients, prospects, etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Automation is lightyears behind other products. It's very easy to have several duplicates of clients, the lists aren't "smart" in terms of catching duplicates. A/B testing isn't amazing as well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Know that with a cheaper product, you'll have less features. Know that you can get started with sending emails very quickly!
