What differentiates Cornerstone Talent Experience from other similar products?
The ability to be customized to fit the business needs without having to reconfigure the base product to where it becomes unrecognizable. Customer support is strong and product innovations are always being rolled out. There is also a strong user community that lends support.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of use as an end user and the ability to be a product administrator with minimal training.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Once certain tasks have been launched they cannot be edited without customer support.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Have good collaboration between HR and IT. Don't try to use everything all at once. Take advantage of the test environments to make sure you know how to assign tasks etc.

What differentiates Cornerstone Talent Experience from other similar products?
The finest aspect is the systematic approach in which worker users may be categorized depending on any criterion. The monthly update meetings for my location are extremely beneficial and aid in the development of a sense of belonging on a local level.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We are typically successful in getting the appropriate data to the appropriate individuals in a prompt and effective way. As a HR management, it's a robust device that may be used with a variety of components. It has a simple user layout and is simple to operate. Everyone has equal access to the software and learning items.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The assistance is the single thing I despise the most. Since I first started out like a novice user, I often frequently phone in for support, but I had a difficult time finding someone to truly support me.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Highly recommended because What I admire best regarding the HR package is how well-organized it is and how easy it is to browse. It just required me a few of days to fully grasp the program.
