What differentiates Crazy Egg from other similar products?
This is a great tool that is helping us to know our users of the web pages we manage, as it allows us to know what users are looking for, the categories they are most interested in, the interactions they had within the page, even the time spent within it and the clicks they made. All this information allows us to make improvements within our web content.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The platform provides a series of data and analysis in real time, which allows us to know at the moment, what is happening within it. This is especially important to test the effectiveness of some of the marketing strategies we use. It allows us to perform a series of follow-ups within the page, such as tracking user participation and interaction, as well as the time spent on the page and the categories and sections that interest the user. It has heat maps, to see first hand every movement of the user within the web page and to be able to monitor every step they take within it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would like the program to be easier to configure, since I have to configure it for each web page I enter into the system, which increases my work. We have found that some of the data is not in real time, which limits our time to correct errors and attract more traffic. The price may be a little higher than its competitors, but we have tried other software and this one seems to be the easiest to use and has given us the best results, so we will keep it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Easy to set up, it helps us discover user behavior on our site and improve conversion rates. Heat maps show us where users are on our site, which specific CTA gets the most clicks and what needs to be changed to keep our visitors on our site and get them to buy our products.

Rage and dead clicks are great to make decisions with the portals.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Price bundles doesn't permit a lineal growth, the offer start only with the annual option, the monthly option appears only cancelling.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We compare a lot options and it is the best one to have information to make decisions.

I love the heat mapping feature so you can see which areas of your page get the most visibility to the end user.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The free option is somewhat limited so if you have a large site or want to dig deeper you'll need to make a small investment.
