What differentiates Creatio Sales from other similar products?
Creatio has great features for any sales representative, for me one of the greatest feature is the follow up and the reminder set which allow me to not forget to follow up on the proposal sent to a prospect.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As i mentioned above "the follow up task"
What do you dislike most about this product?
Too much admin. to create a deal.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To be honest Creatio is one of the best sales sales tool i have used amongst many software. If you use it correctly , you will be able to generate quality leads and sales revenues for your Organization.

What differentiates Creatio Sales from other similar products?
Its a very user friendly software so the learning curve is lower than most other competing products
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Creatio is a no-code CRM system so configuring it and created new business processes is easy and does not require dependency on the software vendor or implementation partner!
What do you dislike most about this product?
Yet to identify anything outstandingly negative about the product; I have used other competing softwares so when I compare my experience I really don't find anything to complain about!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Highly recommended if you are looking to enhance sales and customer service. The Marketing Automation tool of Creatio is very powerful and removes the need to use multiple marketing tools that adds complexity in managing the marketing function

What differentiates Creatio Sales from other similar products?
The Company's culture - Genuine Care for their client's needs. The easy and depth of customisations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
No-code customisations, the almost endless capability of the business process, workflow designer, business rules, composable architecture.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's not a fully-fledged BI application and does not connect easily with Power BI or Tableau. It does have dashboards, although I think some further improvement is possible there. CRM isn't a BI tool though.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Plan what kind of integrations you want and how are you going to do your analytics and reporting. Put a strong emphasis on training your Super Users and the end-users. The advanced filters is a very powerful tool, however they require practice and understanding the data model. You need someone who will set this up and explain this to the rest of the sales team.
