Highly customizable features with a fast-paced creation of a single input form, for example. No previous technical background is needed to achieve interesting results.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Data Dictionary that allows to create, customize, and document fields at a glimpse in a form.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Technical support that isn't friendly or well-organized enough to address little more complex issues reported.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you need fast results to implement a Sales tunnel process, and this process is already well defined, won't hesitate to purchase it. But if you don't have a clear, well-structured, and test-proof validated process, I strongly recommend not doing so. Due to be easy to create forms and workflows, there is a false sensation that it is possible to undo and redo it again, but don't! So, if your process is not well documented or established yet, maybe, another product should be considered.
