What differentiates Crowdstrike Falcon Platform from other similar products?
From the moment the CrowdStrike solution was in place, I felt like I had a team experts working on my behalf. It didn’t matter what time of day, or day of the week, if my team needed help or needed to know about something on our network, the CrowdStrike team was always there and always well prepared.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Benefited from the cost savings inherent in CrowdStrike Falcon’s Cloud-based architecture, which requires no hardware, and so eliminates the need for patching, updating and other maintenance requirements typical of traditional on-premise security solutions
What do you dislike most about this product?
CrowdStrike takes a whole lot of worry off my shoulders. When something happens — no matter where it happens — CrowdStrike has my back
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
They can do so much more than other vendors and have made my team far more efficient and effective, allowing us to do our real jobs, rather than worrying about trying to anticipate the next attack.

What differentiates Crowdstrike Falcon Platform from other similar products?
The documentation (IMO) is great, very easy to use and follow and it is very clear and concise to understand and implement. Very little things are there in Crowdstrike which you can do manually but literally there is nothing which you can do with this product. It is cloud based and easy to install.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When it comes to End Point Detection and Response this platform gives you the best experience with its integrated approach. EDR is considered to be the standout feature in relation to performance and compatibility of the platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When you make a transition from a traditional platform towards Crowdstrike Falcon, it will cause problems for the user as you are in need of another agent to do some traditional work which is a cause of concern.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The Crowdstrike Falcon platform gives multiple solutions to organizations that needs protection for various endpoints. It focuses on the endpoint management and threat handling. It mostly deals with companies involving larger businesses and it’s not for the companies with small operations.
