Able to set automation and to track full onboarding, health score, and dashboard!

What differentiates Custify from other similar products?
Custify offers a one-stop shop by giving customers access to all the information they require. I like how dashboards can be created using various data. It has many fantastic features, including the ability to create user health scores based on specific data, playbooks for automation, and extensive integration with tools like HubSpot, Intercom, Jira, Slack, Zapier, etc. An excellent tool overall for client success teams.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I find Custify to be very user-friendly. The software is very intuitive, and the learning slope is not too great. I quickly became familiar with all of Custify’s features and capabilities, as well as how they could help me. Additionally, Custify offers me strong insights that enable me to carry out my duties as successfully as feasible. I can fully comprehend my customer group and identify those who require particular outreach and touchpoints.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It isn’t much wrong with Custify and he only thing I would highlight is the potential for greater management. I would adore being able to handle my customers’ accounts more easily, including adding a default photo for them, being able to quickly delete employees from a business from the people tab, and having the option to select multiple notes at once to delete.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Custify is simple to use and straightforward to get started with. The group responds quickly. It has everything a company could need to start putting together a fruitful customer success program. It is easy to use and offers you a lot of freedom and configuration control.
