Make sure you have staff that are comfortable with the technology as there is a bit of a learning curve.

What differentiates Cvent Attendee Hub from other similar products?
The customizability of Attendee Hub makes possibilities limitless. There is so much you can do with this one platform to make your events really stand out. While other aspects of Cvent events can be costly, this particular feature is worth its weight in gold.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I really love the customizability, but I especially love the home page cards. It's such a unique but simple feature that can add so much to your event page.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When you're first learning the product, some of the language and terminology can be a bit unintuitive. Once you get a hold of it it's fairly easy, but it takes a lot of playing around to figure it out at first.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Check out a Cvent Event first. It helps to really see what the Attendee Hub is capable of before jumping in and will ultimately give you some great ideas to take your event to the next level.

It's intuitive and easy to use for our attendees who are tired of learning new platforms
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We have a good balance of controlling the content but also having support where we need it
What do you dislike most about this product?
There were some key features missing last year that we are told will be available this year: custom pages were hard to design, attendees could not chat/message each other
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
make sure it's a good fit for your audience!
