A good tool, but too complex for our needs

What differentiates Cvent Attendee Hub from other similar products?
Cvent seems to have it all. If you're looking for a thorough tool this is it!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to organize data and manage registrations/attendee information.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Too much for what we needed and not the best UX. We only used 30% of the tools, and couldn't justify the cost to continue using it. It was dissapointing that there was not a simpler version that could be offered at a lower price. It also took a long time to learn how to navigate. It is not the most user-friendly tool, but once you get the hang of it it's nice!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you need all the bells and whistles this is a great product, but be prepared for the cost!
