There is nothing that I dislike. it has everything i need.

should use it immediately. others are difficult and expensive. It's cheap and easy.

What differentiates CX Navigator from other similar products?

It is really easy to integrate and manage. Users easily adopted its interface and had no trouble working on it. I've never seen such fast response from support team. Every single support ticket was solved instantly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We've been using this product for 6 years now and we had no requests yet which was not solved in an hour. This kind of support is unbelievable. The support team's approach and kindness just makes you forget about your request even if it's critical. One other favorite aspect is the stability of the product. We had never experienced an offline time frame since our call center is really critical for most of our clients.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It should be heard and used more. I get really surprised if I hear someone working in a call center which hasn't had a chance to use Call Center Studio yet.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you haven't tried it yet, make it your first option and don't waste your time. It's user friendly, effective and not expensive.
