What do you dislike most about this product?

There are a lot of customizations that don’t add worth for me. There are too several settings and checkboxes that clutter the interface once I’m attempting to urge a course set up. I’ve got it figured out now, however, there were too many instances once I had to contact support for one thing that should’ve been a lot intuitive.

It’d take a bit longer to get used to than some other LMS options, but the offered options create it worth it. Matrix has an amazing level of customization options to fit any style of school or course delivery. The tradeoff is it can be a little cumbersome to use. I wish it had more modern marketing integration like Kajabi.

It can be hard to figure out how to do things, or what all the little checkmark settings do. It's also a little challenging for students to use - there's a lot of options.

Very flexible for anything from school settings to video course delivery.
