What differentiates Daylite from other similar products?
I have not worked with similar products as Daylite in our company.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The platform ensures that our customers find the most essential services on our user interface. It shows the prices of commodities and services on our customer self service user dashboard.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have not experienced any drawback from the performance of Daylite.

What differentiates Daylite from other similar products?
First, it's a mac only product. My apple clients really like how easy it is to use and navigate. Next the features work really well and getting around are intuitive. It's easy and fast to add custom fields. Data entry is simple, efficient and the keywords and notes on your contacts are very unique and extremely powerful. I love the ease of installation and from an IT perspective it's very simple to administrate. It's basically a cloud back end with a nice simple app front end. This allows for working offline which is handy. The last item is native support for label printing and printing direct mail labels.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like so many of the features but the top are: Very easy to use, works like other mac apps, it's easy and quick to learn, the keywords and notes on the contacts are amazing, then simple and fast smartlists to show me what's most important.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Writing and building custom reports. However, we work with one of their vendors and the vendor is fast and affordable. This isn't a big deal for us, as we only had two reports to re-create. The smartlists handle all the standard queries and are simple to create and customize. Smartlists are quick and simple to create and do not require a third party.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are a mac user, this is the rolls royce of CRM systems at zoho level pricing. If you need label printing, consider Daylite. Then for simple, fast and easy contact management, this is the way to go. The custom fields, the relationship entities, keywords and notes make managing contacts very different from other systems. Different in a great way. I love the modern sql cloud back end and app front end design. We don't need IT people or have to worry about backups. It's all taken care of. We researched the top 10 CRM vendors and chose Daylite. We are very pleased.
