Mac interface is unique advantage to businesses with contact management needs and operate in Mac environment.

Integration with Mac, link with Mac Mail, cloud advantage, excellent tech support
What do you dislike most about this product?
No integration with Outlook, need for stored email on Daylite to be pull up in Mail after Mac Mail item deleted.

Designate a power user, build a structure to your Daylite database up front that matches your organization.
