What differentiates Docebo Learn Platform from other similar products?
Docebo nicely facilitates both internal learning (employee development), and external learning (offering or selling training to customers).
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoy the ease of creating professional-looking courses and deploying them to a large number of users. I can get something in front of learners' eyes very quickly, which is rewarding.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are sometimes technical hurdles which just involve a lot of clicks to get done what you want. Some workflows could be improved, streamlined, or eliminated.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Think carefully about how you want to use the product and make sure that the implementation team you work with at Docebo understands that and helps you set it up for your needs at the outset. Our implementation specialist did a great job taking us from not knowing what we were doing, to having a functioning platform that worked both for our employees and our customers.

What differentiates Docebo Learn Platform from other similar products?
They have an outstanding community that facilities learning. I can learn in the community, their live webinars, and via their platform. They also have the ability for to facilitate a badging program and have internal and external platform for the different audiences.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I really like the widgets that let you design a page. As I have gotten better with the product I have learned to design nice clean looking pages. They also allow customization with CSS. I can also create pages for whatever I think of to make it easier for the end user to find content.
What do you dislike most about this product?
They don't offer CSS help. Therefore if I want to customize my page with CSS and my coder needs help they simply don't offer it. I also wish they had more reporting capabilities. For example I would want to monitor traffic. I don't have have time to setup Google analytics. It would be nice if they assisted.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The person implementing this product will have to be a self starter. I did not get much help with using the product and setting it up. Also, be clear about what report you want from the system as Docebo may not be able to pull that for you. If you upload a training video, you can't download it from the platform later. Therefore you will need to store your assets somewhere and be mindful of your various versions.
