What differentiates DocStar from other similar products?

This system has smart tools that can pull out important information from documents and read text using technology called OCR. This makes sure that data is taken accurately from documents, which saves time and reduces the need for typing by hand.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A special thing about Epicor ECM (DocStar) is its "Smart Document Capture" feature. This uses clever technology called OCR to pull important information from documents all by itself.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A possible drawback of Epicor ECM (DocStar) is that getting it started might be a bit tricky and take a good amount of time and effort.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

First, figure out what your company needs for managing documents. Think about the problems you want to solve and what tools are really important for your work.
