What differentiates DocStar from other similar products?

we can fully automate invoices which links with the ERP system for reconciliation. The workflows are highly customizable which makes it different than its competitor.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The use of AI to capture the document and send it to our centralized server which made our work easier rather than using multiple servers and multiple tools to extract documents and send it to multiples servers using big data technology stacks like Apache Kafka and airflow.

What do you dislike most about this product?

if the user is inactive for more than 10 minutes it auto logs out.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for AI based workflows or document extraction this tool is amazing.

What differentiates DocStar from other similar products?

System workflows are the best part of it. It's highly scalable and uses AI to classify documents which makes it different than other ECM.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's use of artificial intelligence in detecting documents.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There's has been a lots of changes happening in the tool so it's better to have the changelogs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Looking forward to get an evaluation period as well as proper documentation.
