What differentiates Document360 from other similar products?
There are a number of features that other systems have, however, Doc360 takes all of those features and makes them incredibly intuitive. So much so that users need little to no training. Having this type of usability really makes a big difference in deployment and onboarding.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My most favorite aspect of this product is that it has the ability to manage user roles. This helps us deploy different varients of content to different user groups, helping us maintain security.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would love to have this system accessible through a native mobile app.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is important to set everything up at the beginning expecting to use it in to the future. The potential of this software and its features is so great that the last thing you want to do is go back and readjust the setup to start using a feature. Get everything set up fully and correctly right from the start.
