Simple setup, ease of use, and multi-tenancy support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very little ongoing management is required. It just works.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Large restorations can take a long time for Office 365.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Trial the product to see if it fits with your requirements. Set SSO logins for additional security. Test large restoration in your environment.

Nothing really. It is basically the same cost and features as all the others out there.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Partner portal makes it easy for multi-tenant management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Occasional issues with authentication for mailbox backup for no reason.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you can get it for a decent price, go for it.
