What differentiates Dynamics 365 Customer Insights from other similar products?
Has amazing AI powered insights and predictive analytics that help in sound marketing strategies and automated responses. One can easily get real time feedback from customers which helps in quick customer behavior understanding.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
There's collaborative reporting which allows one to habe group responses. Easy to integrate with day to day tools, one can easily use this to create a personalised customer engagement platform that's easy to monitor, has a good user friendly interface that is easy to learn and use, one can automatically create records from this platform easily.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think I love it, I haven't found anything to complain about currently apart from its a bit costly to set up for small businesses.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend it especially for projected marketing departments who want to easily and objectively do a customer oriented strategy to analyse product effectiveness in the market. With proper training the staff ca quickly rip the benefits of the tool, since it has a common interface its worth noting that it use can easily be integrated in the common systems that companies already have saving money on integration costs.
